Ricardo Orive
Ricardo has around 30 years of experience in a broad range of financial and commercial litigation cases as well as arbitration. In particular, he is specialized in insolvency matters. He is a member of the firm's international Core Insolvency Team. Ricardo has experience in several sectors, which gives him a diverse understanding of the business and legal technical needs of all of our clients. Ricardo became a member of the Bar Association of Madrid in 1991. He started his career in 1991 at Mochales & Palacios. He joined Simmons & Simmons as the result of the merger with Mochales & Palacios in March 2007 and in May 2008 he became of counsel.
