Maria is a Managing Associate in our Contentious Trusts and Pensions Dispute Team. She has regularly represented both beneficiaries and trustees in complex (on shore and offshore) trust litigation. Maria also has extensive experience acting in high value professional negligence claims in a pensions context. Maria regularly advises private individuals and corporate trustees on issues relating to disclosure, distributions and breach of trust claims. She also has experience acting in domestic probate claims regarding the validity of will(s).
