Jamie is the managing partner of Stephenson Harwood's Greater China offices and heads the Greater China restructuring and insolvency team. The team acts for liquidators, provisional liquidators, receivers, bankruptcy trustees in formal insolvency proceedings, as well as creditors, debtors, and shareholders in corporate restructuring, debt restructuring, schemes, buy-outs, or other work-out arrangements. The team has been involved in many of the leading insolvency cases in Greater China. Since 2011, Chambers Asia Pacific has recognized Jamie as a 'Leading Individual' in restructuring and insolvency. He also handles shareholder and family disputes, fraud, injunctions, and professional liability claims, and acts for professional service firms and family offices. Since 2012, he has been ranked as a leader in dispute resolution by Chambers Asia Pacific.
