Cedric is a partner in our Corporate and Commercial practice in Brussels, where he combines his deep understanding of contractual issues with a pragmatic approach to challenging situations. He advises both national and international clients during the whole process of negotiating, structuring and closing corporate and commercial partnership agreements. In addition to his work on corporate and contractual matters, he has extensive experience in dispute resolution involving court proceedings and arbitration, as well as in insolvency law.
