
Benedicte Mourisse
Benedicte is an associate in the Regulatory, Public & Administrative Law department in our Brussels office. She advises clients on regulatory matters with a particular focus on life sciences, food and beverages. Benedicte advises clients in a wide range of regulated sectors including life sciences, food and beverages. She also advises on public and administrative law matters such as public procurement, in addition to issues relating to environmental law in its broad meaning. After graduating from the University of Ghent in 2017, Benedicte completed an additional year of study at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam to obtain a Master's degree in International Trade Law. She was admitted to the Antwerp Bar in 2018 and to the Brussels Bar in 2020. Prior to joining Bird & Bird in 2018, she worked as an associate at an Antwerp law firm. · Bird & Bird
