Romain de Ménonville is a partner in the Restructuring & Insolvency department at Bird & Bird's Paris office. He assists creditors and debtors at all stages of preventive restructuring proceedings or insolvency proceedings, including amicable and collective proceedings. He has strong experience in advising creditors on debt restructurings, especially troubled LBOs, and has worked on cases such as Consolis, Camaieu, Vivarte, Terreal, HMY, Auto-distribution, Coeur Défense, and Novasep. He also advises on purchasing distressed companies or assets in insolvency proceedings and has a focus on the Retail & Automotive sector.
