Boubeker Moussaoui
Boubeker is an Associate Lawyer in the Paris office and a member of the Aviation Finance team. He is involved in a wide range of transactions covering mainly commercial aircraft, but also helicopters, engines and spare parts. He also covers leasing and financing transactions, as well as number of corporate matters. Providing both English and French Law advice, Boubeker assists major airlines with novation, leasing (whether operating or financial leases, including the review of LOIs), financing transactions (including green finance and various insurance products (such as Balthazar). He also assists lessors, particularly with the setting up and operation of special purpose companies (SPVs). He enjoys being a part of a multicultural team. The team provides French, English and Irish Law advice and, speaks French, English, Russian, Arabic and Spanish.
