Patricia Beregszászi is a Senior Patent Attorney in the IP team of Bird & Bird's Budapest office. She specializes in biomedical engineering, biotechnology and computer science, focusing on multidisciplinary inventions at the interface of medical and technical industries, including computer-implemented inventions. She advises clients on patent litigation and prosecution, technology transfer, trade secret protection, trademark and copyright law, and assists tech start-ups with open-source software, databases, and licensing agreements.
