I work as an Of Counsel in our Rome and Brussels Offices. With over 35 years of experience in utilities and energy law and regulation, information technology (e-commerce, internet law, data protection, UCP), antitrust and European law in general, I have also previously worked in M&A, product liability and international contract law. Previously, I worked in leading Italian and international law firms representing major companies in proceedings before national and foreign independent authorities, the European Commission and national and European courts, and I was corporate counsel at a major Italian listed company.
