Marta Koremba is Co-Managing Partner of Bird & Bird's Warsaw office. She co-heads the Intellectual Property and Life Sciences groups and co-chairs the firm's International Trademarks Group. Her practice focuses on intellectual property, life sciences, patents (particularly in the pharmaceutical sector), trademarks, industrial designs, and unfair competition. She has been advising clients since 2006 and is an expert in regulatory issues in life sciences, including pharmaceutical advertising, refunds, and borderline products. She represents clients in patent disputes, trademark proceedings before the Polish Patent Office and the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market, domain disputes, and litigation for infringement of exclusive rights.
