Sandra Seah is a partner in the Corporate department at Bird & Bird ATMD LLP in Singapore, where she also serves as joint managing partner. She advises corporations, government agencies, regulators, and international organizations on local and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, corporate governance, restructures, competition law, and public procurement. She heads the firm's corporate secretarial practice and acts as company secretary for approximately 200 private limited companies.
