Paula Garralón

Paula Garralón is senior associate in the Bird & Bird's Commercial and Privacy & Data Protection department in the Madrid office. She specialises in privacy issues providing continuous advice on data projects across multiple sectors, in particular on insurance legislation. In order to provide detailed advice it is necessary to know the sector in depth, so she regularly meets and gets involved with as many teams as possible within the firm. Paula has provided advice in multiple sectors (retail, food & beverage, insurance, telecoms, etc.) during the years prior to the application of the General Data Protection Regulation as well as during the implementation of the new regulation. She also specialises in electronic commerce legislation, allowing her to provide a complete service not only on data protection but also on privacy and electronic commerce.
