Andreas specialises in advising national and international companies in all individual and collective employment law matters. In addition, he has extensive experience in employment court proceedings. One of Andreas’ main areas of practice is advising on business change processes, in particular restructurings and reorganisations as well as M&A transactions, offering efficient support from strategic planning through to final implementation. Clients also rely on Andreas’ extensive experience in relation to reconciliation of interests and social plan negotiations.
