Celinda Metro is Counsel in the Dispute Resolution group at Watson Farley & Williams (New York) LLP. She regularly advises on aviation, maritime and insolvency issues, commercial business litigation and arbitration matters, including international contract disputes, creditors’ rights in US bankruptcy proceedings, maritime lien rights, and charter party issues. She has experience assisting creditors in evaluating exposure and claims against reorganizing debtors and advising lenders on pre-insolvency strategy. She is also experienced in vessel sale contracts, and management and employment agreements. In 2017, she created the firm’s New York Women’s Initiative program. She was selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers (2017-2020).
