Jack Kennedy is a partner in Addleshaw Goddard’s (Ireland) Construction & Engineering Group. He specialises in construction, property development, project and development finance (both lender and borrower side), forward funding, forward purchases, acquisitions, and sales. He has advised on significant property development and finance transactions including office, residential and mixed-use developments, student accommodation, refurbishment fit-out of outdated assets, hotels, aparthotels, hostels, retail developments, pharmaceutical, and logistics units. He is experienced in drafting and negotiating tender and contract documents using bespoke and standard forms (RIAI, JCT, FIDIC, NEC and Irish Public Works Contracts), and supports clients through project management from pre-commencement to completion or sale.
