Nick Brookes is a Partner and head of Ogier's BVI practice and BVI office head of Dispute Resolution. He specializes in director and shareholder disputes, restructuring and insolvency, fraud and asset tracing, trust and estates litigation, and general corporate and commercial disputes. He has extensive trial experience in the Commercial Court and has appeared in the Eastern Caribbean Court of Appeal and Privy Council. He coauthored a collated version of the Civil Procedure Rules for the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court and has served on the BVI Civil Procedure Rules Committee. He is a member of RISA (BVI chapter of INSOL), the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, the BVI Bar Association, and the Chancery Bar Association Overseas Member.
