Tim Cone is a partner in Ogier's Investment Funds team in the Cayman Islands. He advises hedge funds, private equity funds, asset managers, sponsors and family offices on the establishment, regulation, corporate governance and ongoing operation of investment funds, as well as venture capital and other funding structures. He is co-head of Ogier's Latin American practice with a focus on the Brazil market. He also advises on corporate and commercial matters and is part of Ogier's Private Equity team.
