Christopher advises financial institutions, alternative lenders, investment funds and corporate clients on a broad range of multi-jurisdictional transactions. As a partner in the Guernsey Banking and Finance team, he has extensive experience in banking and finance matters, including real estate finance, fund finance, asset finance, event driven financing, derivatives, corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, listings and regulation. He leads the non-contentious Restructuring and Insolvency practice in Guernsey, covering loan workouts, schemes of arrangement, and security issues, and also leads the Guernsey Aviation and Marine sector, advising on aviation and maritime assets, including registrations on the Guernsey aircraft registry.
