Alexandra specialises in the funds, regulatory and listing practice areas and is part of Ogier's multi-disciplinary Private Equity team. She advises a range of investment fund sponsors on structuring advice, fund formation, ongoing fund operation including regulatory compliance, LP interest transfers, term extensions, wind-down and termination.
