Anne-Gaëlle Delabye advises clients on the set-up, day-to-day maintenance and reorganisation of Luxembourg regulated and unregulated investment vehicles, with a particular focus on the regulated investment funds sector and alternative investment vehicles. She has over 11 years of experience advising credit institutions and major international asset managers, and also advises on AIFMs and management companies, as well as EU directives and local regulations. Previously, she served as Counsel - Head of Regulatory and Investment Management at a French law firm's Luxembourg office.
