Davinia Martens is a partner in the Corporate Finance Practice Group in the Brussels office. She joined Baker McKenzie in 2004. Davinia's practice focuses on reorganisations, M&A, private equity, and corporate compliance and governance. She is also a member of the Global Reorganisations Practice Group. Davinia advises both domestic and international clients on corporate finance matters, covering Belgian and cross-border M&A transactions and corporate reorganisations and restructurings, buy-outs, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
