Roel Meers is a partner in the Corporate Finance Practice Group of Baker McKenzie's Brussels office. He joined Baker McKenzie in 1997. Roel is head of the Corporate Finance Practice Group of Baker McKenzie in Belgium. He is also chair of the EMEA Healthcare and Life Sciences Industry Group, and a member of the steering committee of the Global Healthcare and Life Sciences Industry Group and the EMEA Capital Markets Practice Group of Baker McKenzie. Roel advises clients in the field of corporate finance, covering mergers and acquisitions (public and private), private equity transactions, as well as security offerings, listings and other capital market transactions.
