Cláudio Moretti is a Partner at Trench Rossi Watanabe, based in Brazil. He joined the firm in 2001 as partner and founder of the Porto Alegre Office. He is a member of the Tax Practice Group, focusing on tax litigation, with extensive experience in judicial and administrative tax litigation, direct and indirect taxes, tax planning for M&A, corporate structuring of foreign investments, and tax structuring of corporate reorganizations. He also advises on tax consultancy, acts in tax and corporate disputes before local and superior courts, and serves as an arbitrator in tax-related private arbitrations.
