Carolina Pardo is a Partner at Baker McKenzie S.A.S. in Colombia. She joined the firm in 1994 and became a Partner in 2008. She serves as Latin America Chair of the Investigations, Compliance and Ethics Steering Committee and is a member of the Global Steering Committee of the TMT industry group. She has over 25 years of experience advising national and multinational clients on data protection, competition, and consumer law compliance, and has represented clients in investigations and filings before Colombian authorities. She was selected by Global Competition Review as one of the 100 most influential women in antitrust in 2016 and has served as Non-Governmental Advisor to the Colombian Antitrust Regulator.
