Maria Batlouni is Counsel in the Real Estate Group of Baker McKenzie in Paris. She joined the firm as a trainee in January 2013 and was named Counsel in July 2022. She assists French and foreign investors on real estate transactions, including setting-up of real estate investment funds (OPCIs), sales and acquisitions, joint-venture agreements, sale and lease-back transactions, asset, development and investment management, real estate structured financing, and financial restructuring. She is a member of the Hotels, Resorts and Tourism Group and has experience negotiating hotel management agreements and commercial leases.
