Eric Meier is a Partner in the Tax Group of Baker McKenzie in Paris. He assists clients in search and seizure procedures, tax audits (including international tax treaties, permanent establishment, anti-abuse rules, withholding tax), negotiations with tax authorities, disputes before administrative and civil courts, procedures before EU institutions, and interventions before the French Constitutional Council. He also advises on tax risk analysis and transfer of tax receivables. Before Baker McKenzie, he worked at Arthur Andersen International and Deloitte/Taj. He writes for La Revue de Droit Fiscal and handles litigation aspects of Article 209 B of the French Tax Code.
