Léna Sersiron leads Baker McKenzie’s French Competition and Distribution practice. She joined Baker McKenzie in 2003 and was co-opted as a Partner in 2012. She is a worldwide Baker McKenzie Competition Steering Committee member. She has over 20 years' experience handling competition cases, including investigations and litigation at EU and national level, inspections and digital evidence, merger control, and distribution law. She advises clients across multiple sectors, including agricultural and food, and has been recognized as an "excellent litigator" and a "stellar professional lawyer."
