Caroline Silberztein is a Partner at Baker McKenzie in France, heading the firm's international tax and transfer pricing practice. She assists multinational clients with risk assessment, transfer pricing policy design and implementation, documentation, tax audits, litigation, mutual agreement procedures, arbitration, and advance pricing agreements. She served as Head of the OECD Transfer Pricing Unit from 2001 to 2011. She is nominated by France as an independent arbitrator under the EU Arbitration Convention and the EU Tax Dispute Resolution Directive, and has acted as an arbitrator for the Canada-U.S. Convention.
