Tess Lumsdaine is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Hong Kong office and head of the Employment & Compensation Practice Group in Hong Kong. She advises clients on the full spectrum of employment and regulatory compliance issues, including employment-related disputes and investigations. Her experience includes contractual disputes, restraint litigation, safety-related prosecutions, civil claims, termination, information theft, discrimination and harassment. She also advises on executive employment, remuneration and regulatory issues, and manages multijurisdictional compliance and restructuring projects. She supports clients in tech, banking and financial services, consumer goods and retail, and the pharmaceutical sector.
