Jeremy Ong is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Hong Kong office, leading the firm's REITs practice in Hong Kong. He has over 15 years of experience advising REITs on formation, IPOs, acquisitions, disposals, equity/debt capital raising, and liability management exercises. He also advises on general real estate matters including acquisitions and disposals of properties throughout Asia. He has been recognized by legal directories for his REITs practice and serves as Deputy Chair of APREA's Hong Kong Chapter and Regional Advocacy Committee, and as a member of the FSDC working group on REITs.
