Chih-wen Ooi is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group at Wong & Partners (Malaysia). He has appeared at all levels of courts in Malaysia and is well versed in arbitration, adjudication, and mediation under various regional rules (AIAC, UNCITRAL, ICC, SIAC, PAM). He is an Adjudicator empaneled with the AIAC, a Committee Member of the Society of Construction Law (Malaysia) since 2016, and a Committee Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Malaysia) Young Members Group since 2017. He has published works including 'Law and Practice of Construction Law in Malaysia' (Sweet & Maxwell, 2021) and 'Malaysia’s First Supplement to the Delay and Disruption Protocol' (Society of Construction Law, Malaysia, 2017).
