She has more than 14 years of experience advising national and international funds in complex transactions involving the acquisition, sale, lease and construction of real estate assets, including logistics, commercial, residential, healthcare, student housing, and offices. Prior to joining the Firm, Paloma developed her career in multilateral organizations and international firms, including the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington D.C., Unibail-Rodamco and Deloitte. She combines her practice with a solid academic background. Paloma has completed graduate studies at Georgetown University (LL.M.) and IE Business School.
