David Kim is a Partner in the International Arbitration Team at Baker McKenzie & KL Partners Joint Venture Law Firm in South Korea. He is recognized for his extensive experience in international arbitration, representing clients before major arbitral institutions including ICC, SIAC, ICSID, HKIAC, KCAB, LCIA, and UNCITRAL ad-hoc tribunals. His practice covers commercial disputes in construction, shipping, military contracts, energy, telecommunications, intellectual property, and investor-state matters.
