Thinawat Bukhamana is a Partner, Head of Banking & Finance at Baker McKenzie LLP in Thailand. With over three decades of experience at the firm, he has served three terms as Managing Partner and has been Head of Banking and Finance for almost two decades. His practice spans project and corporate financing, banking and finance regulations, bilateral and syndicated lending, debt restructuring, derivatives, and financial products.
