Chaveewan Likhitwattanachai is a Partner at Baker McKenzie LLP in Thailand with almost two decades of experience. She advises on complex banking and finance transactions and transformational projects, including acquisition, project, real estate, and corporate financing; infrastructure funds; REITs; general banking and finance; debt capital markets; asset management; fintech; and digital assets. She has been appointed to the Electronic Transactions Commission Subcommittee and plays a key role in developing Thailand's digital ecosystem regulatory framework. She also acts as lead partner on the exclusive legal advisory team for Thailand's Blockchain Community Initiative (BCI).
