She served as a member of the Global Executive Committee of Baker McKenzie from 2022 to 2025, driving the Firm’s strategic priorities, marking a significant milestone as the first Asian woman to serve in this role. She has over 40 years of experience advising on transactional and regulatory matters in highly regulated industries, particularly healthcare, consumer protection and product liability, as well as compliance issues and risk management.
