Douglas Winter is Of Counsel in the Litigation and Investigations practice of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, based in Germany and the United States. His practice encompasses appellate and trial litigation, investigations, information governance, and entertainment law. He focuses on complex litigation in information technology, aviation, products liability, and class and mass actions. He has served as lead counsel in significant air disaster cases and participated in a landmark aviation jury trial.
