Joe Babitz is an Associate in the Corporate and Finance Transactions department at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. His practice focuses on representing financial institutions, investment banks, private equity sponsors, funds, and corporate borrowers in secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, direct lending transactions, corporate borrowings, and leveraged acquisitions, both domestic and global.
