Beth Bower is Counsel in the Employment and Labor department at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. She advises employers on personnel management, termination, wage and hour issues, FMLA, WARN Act, COVID-19 workplace issues, and develops policies and handbooks. She represents clients in employment defense litigation nationwide, including wage and hour class actions and EEOC discrimination claims, and handles administrative matters before the EEOC, DOL, and state agencies. She also conducts seminars on ADA, sexual harassment, and management training.
