Christian Bromley is a Partner in the Litigation and Investigations group at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, based in the firm's Atlanta and Los Angeles offices. He co-leads the firm's Toxic Tort Practice and co-chairs the LGBTQ+ Affinity Group for the United States. His practice focuses on complex commercial disputes and mass tort litigation, including consumer claims, product liability, environmental contamination, and insurance and financial transactions. He has particular expertise in toxic and environmental tort litigation, representing clients in mass torts, environmental consumer class actions, groundwater contamination disputes, and wastewater treatment litigation. Since 2016, he has regularly defended clients in manufacturing and contamination litigation involving PFCs and PFAS substances. He also handles mandamus claims, suits against government entities, and state attorney general investigations.
