Christine (Chris) Cesare is a Partner in the Litigation and Investigations group at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, based in the United States. She previously served as the global managing partner for the Litigation and Corporate Risk Practice and was a member of the firm's Management Committee. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including class actions, representing financial institutions in actions involving breach of contract, fraud, lender liability, negligence, indemnification, unjust enrichment, and consumer statutes, as well as matters involving predatory lending, TILA, RESPA, and bad faith claims. She has also defended corporate trustees.
