He has experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the chemical, petrochemical, life sciences, pharmaceutical, and secondary battery technology sectors. He previously worked at a Korean IP law firm, handling clients from Europe, the United States, Japan, China, and Taiwan, and has prepared patent landscape and freedom-to-operate searches for global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Cho contributed to International Technology Transfer Institute projects at Franklin Pierce School of Law, including patent landscape research for transgenic plant biotechnological applications.
