Matt D’Amico is a Partner in the Corporate and Finance Transactions department at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. He leads the Fund Finance Team and co-leads the Syndicated Lending Team, focusing on lender and borrower representation, corporate finance, and commercial law. His expertise spans financings for pooled investment vehicles, syndicated credit arrangements, loan portfolio transactions, fund formation, regulatory matters, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and debt restructurings. He served as an adjunct faculty member at New York University School of Continuing Education from 1992 to 1997 and regularly lectures on commercial lending and corporate finance.
