Jennifer Dempsey is a Partner in Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner's Litigation and Investigations department, based in the United States. She has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation and disputes, representing corporate clients, financial institutions, healthcare companies, and individuals. She co-leads the firm's Toxic Tort Class Action and Mass Tort Team and handles commercial tort actions, commercial contract disputes, insurance and surety litigation, financial institution litigation, and class action defense. She has served as national class action counsel, national discovery counsel, and national coordinating counsel for various clients. She is active in community service, having served on the boards of CHRIS Kids, Everybody Wins Atlanta, and the Atlanta Children's Shelter.
