Spencer Denison is Of Counsel in Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner's Denver office, focusing on general commercial litigation with an emphasis on natural resources, oil and gas disputes (including royalty and coal contract matters), contractual disputes, business torts, and unfair competition. He also has substantial experience in real estate litigation, eminent domain, construction disputes, and probate and trust matters. Prior to joining the firm, he was associated with the Legal Services Corporation in Washington, D.C., and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Fred M. Winner, U.S. District Court Judge, Denver, Colorado.
