Lauren Fajkowski is Counsel in the Corporate and Finance Transactions department at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. She practices with the firm’s Corporate Finance and Real Estate groups, representing financial institutions in real estate finance transactions and loan servicers in securitized and unsecuritized commercial mortgage loan transactions. Her commercial real estate practice includes acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, land banking, property management, and financing. Prior to joining BCLP, she was in-house counsel at a private equity investment fund.
