Frank Fabiani is an Associate in the Litigation and Investigations practice at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, based in the United States. He focuses his practice on intellectual property, with experience in inter partes review proceedings, ex parte reexamination, and patent prosecution. His technical expertise spans computer software, hardware, signal processing, circuits, and MEMS systems. Previously, he interned for the Hon. Leonard B. Austin in the Second Department of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York. Prior to law school, he worked as a principal software engineer at M/A-COM, designing software and firmware for DARPA-funded communications systems, and earlier designed software for automotive radar applications.
