Renée Frost has experience in a broad range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, secured and unsecured financings, securitized real estate loans, private placements and equity offerings. She counsels clients on day-to-day general corporate law and organizational matters. She advises on the structuring of borrower agreements in complex and syndicated financing arrangements. Ms. Frost is chair of the firm’s Opinion Committee.
