Gabrielle Harwell is an associate in the Chicago office of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. She represents emerging and established companies in data privacy and security matters, commercial matters, and technology transactions. Her experience spans retail, healthcare, and financial services industries, advising on compliance with privacy laws such as GLBA, HIPAA, and GDPR, as well as supply agreements, purchase agreements, outsourcing agreements, cloud agreements, and advertising matters. She graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was president of the National Security Law Society and Associate Editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law. Prior to joining the firm, she externed for the UNHCR in Geneva and interned for the Supreme Court of the State of Wisconsin.
