Kyle Hirsch litigates business disputes with a strong focus on representing financial institutions and non-traditional lenders in connection with loans secured by real estate and operating business assets. His practice spans state, federal, and bankruptcy courts in Arizona and Texas, plus California and Nevada on a pro hac vice basis. He has litigated matters across numerous disciplines including hotels, multifamily housing, commercial and residential development, retail, healthcare, energy, construction, manufacturing, and distribution. Mr. Hirsch is also passionate about expanding Arizona solar development projects. He applies his Spanish language fluency to provide pro bono legal assistance, earning recognition including being named one of the Top 50 Pro Bono Attorneys in Arizona for 2007, Children's Law Center Attorney of the Year for 2009, and Attorney of the Month by Community Legal Services for February 2017. He is the Phoenix office pro bono coordinator and past chair and present member of Cavers Who Care.
